Stretcher Refurbishment Process

* Primary diagnostic and multifunction testing
* Major stretcher components are dissembled
* Cleaning and disinfection performed during each stage of process
* Hydraulics are tested and replaced if they are not meeting OEM specifications
* Replace old lubricants and apply new lubricants to moving parts
* Replace broken parts if needed
* Test, repair, and/or replace brake system
* Cosmetic restoration, paint, replace stickers
* Conduct final performance tests to meet OEM specifications
* Patient pad is replaced
* Final inspection

Quality Control
* Biomed ensures stretcher passes hydraulic leak test
* Recheck labels, rails, and pedals
* Check all accessories
* Performs safety check
