Surgical Table Refurbishment Process

* Primary diagnostic and multifunction testing
* Major table components are dissembled
* Cleaning and disinfection performed during each stage of process
* Hydraulics fluid is replaced, fill all mechanical fluids
* Check, repair, or replace all valves, seals, lift cylinders, and Orings, as needed
* Replace broken parts if needed
* Replace old lubricants and apply new lubricants to moving parts
* Replace Batteries
* Test electrical circuits and connectors and contacts
* Open remote pendant, clean contacts, check seals, test, replace if necessary
* Replace rubber feet, check brakes, wheel function, replace if necessary
* Cosmetic restoration, polish all stainless steel and chrome, buff out dents on tops, rails and table base, restore or replace decals
* Conduction final performance test to meet OEM specifications
* Patient pad replaced
* Final inspection

* Recheck labels, rails, and pedals
* Check all accessories
* Performs safety check
